Role: Developed and implemented a new SEM strategy for the luxury resort and affiliated business’s including a day spa, restaurant, cafe and whisky bar.

Key Achievements:

  • Increased direct bookings from below 20% in 2014 to between 40% – 60% between 2015 & 2019.
  • Batu Karang became the #1 search result across both paid and SEO ‘organic’ searches when searching ‘Nusa Lembongan Resorts’, ‘Nusa Lembongan bar & cafe’ & other key search terms.
  • Developed new website (June – August 2016)
